Cash Calendar Rules & Regulations

  1. Results and prize monies will be posted above.
  2. The prize value for each day will be printed on each day of the calendar.
  3. Calendars shall not be sold to anyone under the age of 18 years of age.
  4. Sellers are to advise purchasers not to put the name of someoneunder the age of 18 years on the ticket, due to the requirements of thepublic trustee act.
  5. There are no restrictions to the licensee or family members of the licensee to purchase tickets.
  6. Sales will end on December 20^th 2008, but if there is not a minimum of 952 tickets sold, the Cash Calendar draws may be cancelled or an extension to the draw dates may be applied.
  7. No refunds will be made on the calendars purchased, with the exception of the Cancellation of the Cash Calendar draws.
  8. All draws will be made at the Crestwood Curling Club – 14317-96 Avenue Edmonton, AB.
  9. Draws will take place on the 15^th and last day of each month January – December 2009.
  10. The calendars will be pre-numbered consecutively from 0001 to 2500.
 11. After each draw the winning ticket will be returned to the draw barrel before the next draw is made.
  12. If a winner cannot be located the prize will be held until December 31^st 2009. If the winner still cannot be located by the end of the year the prize shall be donated to the Crestwood Curling Club.
  13. In the event a winning ticket stub has more than one name on it, the Crestwood Curling Club and the AGLC are not responsible for any disputes which may arise between the different individuals whose names appear on the ticket stub.
  14. Ticket sales are restricted to purchase within Alberta.
  15. Total tickets printed: 2500
